It doesn't matter how long it takes you to get up the stairs so long as you do it. So long as you have the mental, physical, and most importantly emotional strength to do it. "Success doesn't have a elevator you have to take the stairs." Your struggles must match your strengths. Strength is the ability to withinstand a struggle.
Routines build strength.
- are longterm.
-something you do almost everyday
-something your able to do without much effort (we all have the strength to walk 100 miles it's just some do it faster than others because they don't just rely on strength.)
-evolve throughout your life
-help you transition
-make you build strength. "You can only build on strengths."
Strength Routine
People don't get things done they just do their job. And wait for a salary. They don't put much effort into it and routinely without much change get the same salary.
I'm talking about a strength routine where you just get things done, not efficiently getting things done which in that case would be considered an efficent habit within a routine. Your longterm goals dictate the routine you do everyday. Routines keep you up, but they don't keep you thriving. What keeps you thriving is habits. Okay so back to the routines. Routines I like to think of as maintenance and keeping things in check everyday. A washer machine goes through the same routine every time you put clothes in it. Your body is a machine; quick sidenote as I'm writing this: I just witnessed 3 people purposeful buying bad fuel for their body (machine) 3 frickin people buying pizza and they all were obese and they all are my neighbors! Your body needs a routine that fits it's machinery. Rome was not built in a day. So your not gonna be built in 3 weeks or even a month because it really takes longer than you'd expect for are body to build strength being that your building strength off of a routine.
Write down right now a morning evening and night routine you can start today that will bring you toward your longterm goals. Knowledge is only potential power until you act on it. A goal without a plan is just a wish. If you dont schedule your life it wont happen the way you want it. Treat your self improvement strength time like you would an appointment that you marked on your calendar to meet with your boss. Success breeds success. Whatever MTP (massive transformative purpose) oriented problem you work daily to solve in life or else why are you here? You can get insight on by getting a mentor and joining like a flipping community. I Personally am part of a flipping movement right now as you can tell I'm writing this blog to primarily help open minded flippers, or people who like sitting on their couch wishing they could flip again because of an injury. Stay strong! Work that upper body! or lower body! Depending on where your injured still keep up the routines! No training though but routines!
