Today is where all the power will ever be and is so make use of this blog by coming back to it and ingraining how to level up in life. (A.k.a, instinctually, superhumanly, wildly, fit! Stay updated by subscribing, and make sure for sure for sure that you truly make it a great day!

Today's Blog Simplified

First off, congratulations are in order. Lean muscle mass is tough to put on, especially for most women. So, if you're at a place where you're happy with your strength and muscle size, way to go! Chances are you've been putting in 3-4 days of lifting, flipping, running, parkouring a week to get the results you're enjoying now. And I've got some fabulous news for you: Research suggests that lifting around once a week can help you maintain your gains, and maybe even get some more! As long as you hit all the major muscle groups once a week with appropriate volume and the same exercise intensity, you can still flip with the right sized clothing and not worry about not being able to get as much height on a flip. (the study)

Maintenance

Their is a saying just as long as it took you to put on fat is as long as it's gonna take you to lose it. This isn't entirely true. This is entirely true though: As long as you stimulate your muscles your body will keep them. Stimulate your muscles to keep them don't destroy them using a maintenance routine 1x a week. This routine should be 4-5 sets with decent volume not strenuous volume. Now check out the other blog posts after you are flip checked! (a.k.a. flip checking is when a person screams in your face, "Fliiiiiiip check!" You have to do some type of flip! It's harder to train when your not prepared. Thats true training!
