Whats self discipline?
"Self Discipline" is the key to everything"
If you have free time (leisure Time rest/relax and which most Americans don't have and what you need because stress kills brain cells and a calm environment permits growth.) instead of doing habits that won't build your life like mindlessly indulging in television, phone, etc, Mentally exert yourself at all times instead. The more you do this the mentally easier it will get. Really remain focused use your brain intensely for an hour brainstorm ideas you will immediately feel the difference. Train your idea muscle (much needed) by starting with something realistic like a idea list everyday of 10-15 things that you can write down.
The key to everything is Self-discipline you do this through pain but modern society doesn't like pain. They have had their ambitions poisoned by super stimulants and luxury. People don't try to use their brains they associate it with using their brain with pain."oh it is to consistently/hard to do." Remember that the things we consider painful don't actually have to be everyone has a different threshold and tolerance for it. The more willingly you are to subject yourself to pain/hard work more easier at tolerating it the better you'll get. How to better understand this is through something called meditation really focus be mindfully present really, exert yourself.
How to have self Discipline
Meditation is reprogramming your mind to be unbiased to time (insurmountable/enemy obstacles) and boredom then are useless and unnecessary concepts which are ingrained in modern society. (weaknesses) Kids who learn self-discipline at a young age will come to see it as natural as breathing and they won't associate it with pain. With enough self-discipline; mindfulness you can rewire the brain to do the same. It doesn't matter what you're doing the best solution will always be to do your absolute best as you become more self disciplined it will be easier. The more better your pain tolerance will be. Be honest with yourself when you aren't pushing your mind always. And aim to always kaizen your focus. And consequently push your limits and you will improve your self discipline/pain tolerance.

In china they use a word "kaizen" meaning constant pursuit of perfection." Practice make progress/profit.
What I do is I have a box labeled kaizen and I have to right something I can improve for the day in order to check the box.
I've just scratched the surface towards what self discipline is since it's, "the key to everything" and what this means for you is that your testimony can be the key to unlock someone's prison. Share because your gonna be shared and make today tough disciplined!
