Today's Blog Simplified
Flips get better when you do things to make them better. Make sure to not under or overtrain. Recovery isn't sitting around waiting for muscles to heal themselves, but getting blood flow by working your upper body while your legs heal from flipping. By doing tai chi, a sauna, a cold bath, a mobility/cardio treatment on yourself. Doing good and doing great are not mutually exclusive. Good is the enemy of great. Convictions are the enemy of truth so trust but verify. Better means being/becoming and to become you must repeatedly do. Have force of will. Better just means easier it doesn't mean that you have to put in less energy. Maybe less effort though. Bruce Lee says the less effort the faster and more powerful you will be. To put in what you want to put in and to get out what you want to get out you must get better to the point of where things are more efficient and less effort is required. To the point of where your able to huck a flip without much effort. To the point of where your friends scream, "FLIP CHECK." In public and you huck a 2 second flip.
Willingness = Betterment
Forcefully flipping when easy and when not easy until it's just like a dance move you can do on command. Willingness wont get you through but consistency, capability, capacity, and some type of coach (habit) will get you through. Force of faith is willingness have a high self worth. Use exposure therapy to increase good resistance and have better sensitivity. What you resist persists so don't resist the urge to flip always when your sore. When you huck new flips and train once in a while while sore you put your body in a shock situation to where it is forced to be trained/conditioned.
