Creative Flipping & Flow

I'm glad you're here! Time is one of the most valuable things we can give. Today is where all the power will ever be and is so make use of this blog by coming back to it and ingraining how to level up in life. (A.k.a, instinctually, superhumanly, wildly, fit! Stay updated by subscribing, and make sure for sure for sure that you truly make it a great day!


Creativity? (Flow?)

It's more about doing than thinking. Creativity happens when doing and thinking is matched. Creativity is not something you have it's something you do. Flips are not something you have it's something you do. Love is no something you have it's something you do. It's a verb not a noun.



Today's Blog Simplified

Writing everything down or flipping when not wanting to flip even the little things is how to improve. Because where you do anything is where you do everything. Doing this exercise helps you to not have debilitating judgment and your able to flow through things without much expectation. You just write down your thoughts and beliefs regardless. You just train the creativity muscle regardless of what it's used to or else it wont grow.


Creating

Yes creating in the beginning may be unatural, but after at least 21 days you'll develop the habit of creativity. If your trying to create a new tricking move good luck, but if your trying to create a new tricking line that you can build up your strengths with have at it. "You can only build on your strengths." You can develop strengths than build on them, but you can't build a house or body upon chicken legs without it collapsing. Never skip leg day! If you read the beginning of this blog you know that where you do anything is where you do everything so be uncomfortable and you'll get what nobody else can do. You'd think imagination and creativity would come from a blissful easy state place, but it actually comes from having tough skin and doing something so many times that you no longer have to think about it as hard and you just huck a flip and continue on you continue on to other matters things you can add to this thing henceforth now you have creativity. Know the dang fundamentals get good form down than keep progressing from their and schedule your training. If you don't schedule it it wont happen.


Once you have a tricking habit that you do weekly, than 2x a week than even 3x start to pull out novelty (newness) when you do this you'll want to try these creative things. If you do get stuck or paralyzed by indecision and you never want to suffer decision fatigue which plagues many people just take action and know what you set out to do. Once you go into problem solving mode everything else falls away. Also ingrain this into your head and daily brainstorm or problem solve just start writing stuff making the invisible visible. Success is a inside out game. Daily though habits are daily things. Be stoic forgo the pleasure of now and keep your habits up than go beyond them. Stoicism is really living the moment right now where all the power is to it's fullest. While epicurism is living life in the sense that your chief goal is just pleasure. Defying gravity with your brain therefore body must start with the brain and training the brain is the hardest to start with and this must mean you have to just wake up in the morning and train the thing you hate the most so you get it done. Being a creative flipper is easy after you've laid the foundations after you've gone through grueling leg day workouts which I like now. Train the mind below👇 and by reading the previous blogs I've made about the brain.


Be Prepared

Creativity is a skill; something that only gets better when you do it. “If even Richard Branson forgets ideas as quickly as they enter his head, how can he expect to be any different? For that exact reason writing everything down, even if doesn’t seem that important at the time of creativity is absolutely crucial says Drew Hansen” There's a reason the thoughts that came to you in the way they did. Creative thoughts are always both novel and useful.

You should keep a notepad literally in your shower. One that stays upright. Creative ideas are always there even when you're unaware. These are a few areas where people forget to write down creative ideas. While in your car. In the gym. Whilst Running. While grocery shopping.


Prepare the brain for creative states by continuing doing flip sessions. Athletes are able to achieve at high levels because they are in, "Flow." They've done a movement so much times that they no longer have judgment or anxiety about it time ceases and there just left in the moment doing without even thinking. Your 5x more productive in "Flow." There's a struggle faze with flow but it's needed to enter into it, enter into it by knowing how. I hope this blog has gave you insight as to how to be a creative flipper. Go for flow walks where your just happy in the moment walking with nothing in your mind.
