Your goals in life whether it be relationship, business, finance, love, wealth, happiness, education, health etc. You must write down than find a picture of what it looks like when achieving these goals or just imagine what it looks like when you've achieved these goals. Just imagine yourself talking to people who you feared about. Imagine yourself signing the paper to get that new thing you've always wanted. Just imagine doing a triple full. Okay this was step one now step two involves.
You to feel the positive emotion that comes with the imagined experience. The positive love, joy, peace, gratitude that you'll feel. Why do this? Well it's how the dang RAS works! Well longterm memory equals information (imagined thoughts+emotion) You can only act in accordance with previous memory.

When you think/feel what you want just closing your eyes visualizing for however long you want even 30 seconds works your brain starts to act on those new found beliefs.
