Stay updated by subscribing, and make sure for sure for sure that you truly make it a great day!

Today Blog Simplified

Today is a short blog and really that's how life should be, "short." At least life will be like that if you believe (perceptions) The reality, truality, bravity, fact of the matter is that life is a war not just one battle. Things are efficent not "short." Everything is perception presuming that their is always a counter argument to every situation.

"Pain is training action." How to kaizen the obesity perception:

when a child is learning to walk and falls 100 times they don't think, “Maybe this isn't for me? Their perception is what they are trying to give henceforth they eventually get. Cept is a latin root referring to, “to give” so you must give your all if you want to be given a mall. If you are persistent you will get it. If your are consistent you will keep it. And how to kaizen improve these because you can't just change them well not reading this you will but going through the pain. Pain is training action. The perceptions and perceptions change. So the struggles you feel today are growing the strength you’ll feel tomorrow.

My Perception

Your perception will be what you will be given. "Prior experience paints perception."

What my brains been given and what thoughts have been instilled in my head based on prior and everyday expeirnece with the world around me paints perception. Do I know I've actually changed? Being that I'm ripped? Mentally, Emotionally, Physically? Or is this just a facade just a perception? "The life we live are the lessons we teach." My perception is that I'm a great role model when it comes to showing others how to live the good life though good is the enemy of great.

"All behavior is belief drivin."

If your dang tootin words dont or arnt being backed up by your behavior your legit out of this world. In la la land. You've had perceptions about nice slick lolly pops and how there benefiting you. You've imagined a world of joy, love, freedom. La la la la you repeat daily and live daily. Living daily the imagination. Are imagination are simulations that are brain runs are here to prepare us for the actuall event. Our brains cant tell the difference between a imagined event and the actuall thing. From childhood we've been forced to use are imagination to make sene of the world and it spills into are life as an adult.

I have the perception that I'm not in la la land (matrix.) but it's just a perception within a perception. I've changed but "changed." is just a perception.

Chapters Change but One Thing Remains

Your perception may be getting you results but, "getting results." is just a perception. Actually getting results is knowing the science, feelings, behavior that gets you into the perception; physiology that you want. If you understand our biology you know that it's not only a matter of what we eat that forms are body but also when we eat. Hormones which get triggered at certain times determines are body composition, not just calories. My mom coughs eats crap and feels like crap and continues this vicious cycle. Her metabolism is trash meaning she cant tap into burning a dime of fat because her metabolic machinery only runs on carbs and glucose. She had ulcers because she would spike inflammation throughout the day by raising cortisol and I say spiked inflammation throughout the day in the sense that eating little snacks or just 3 meals a day and snack throughout the day and something at night and this and just that really messes up our body. When doing this insulin cortisol spikes and your unable to burn fat for energy. She feeds her fat monster everyday and continues to cough and have binges.

You start out with a perception of how you want to look than you keep evolving this perception to meet your goal. Your perception is that you need science to back up the things your doing to change your body. We all start with imagination. We all start with a simulated life. And we all continue imagination. And we all continue a simulated life. In a nutshell we keep imagining life but nothing really changes. "Ohh look at me I just changed." "Sorry Sherlock, but it's just your perception." Why? We don't have change we do change. We dont have creativity we do creativity. Change itself is something imagined it's something we act on based on our imagination. Why? Without this la la land brain we have we'd become the things we do and legit be robots.

Changing Perception = No Body Change

"It doesn't matter what body you have we're all human with the same human instincts so just thinking you've changed doesn't change. Or change you."

We misjudge hungers all the time because we can only make decisions based on the past old thoughts in are head.

Body changes perception not the other way around. True hunger you experience after using your stored food. After using stored fat. Are bodies are either conditioned to feast (anabolism) or fast (catabolism)

The only reason we misweigh and suffer obesity is because are perceptions on time is wrong. Jason Fung a renowned Dietician says that, "Obesity is a time dependent phenomenon."

Poor diet equals poor decisions like watching movies that wont help the situation. She hasn't changed her eating habits, but she has changed her perception. I've caught her misjudging her hungers like at nightime I'd hear her try to wip up a egg and carb loaded 50g of carbs bread. I say try to wip up because she uses whatever is most available like a silver pan that makes eggs completely stick while she could've just used a iron pan and not had to deal with scrapping with a fork on the pan to get the gnarled egg. She exclaims, "Oh I haven't eaten all day." When clearly your body tells everyone that you are a binger and don't understand that in order to lose fat you must not eat and lower insulin point given. Simply point given you must lower insulin by not eating after the sun goes down this will give your body a chance to rest it's constant overworked digestive system and switch from food to stored food. I don't mean to pick on my mom but a lot of people arnt educated on how easy it is to change. The magic key in diet is not diet but change. Once you truly change perception and have the right one you change. Are bodies are adaptable and people set crippling rules for themselves (wrong perceptions) You if you change physically you've changed truly mentally. Whatever your age be at this moment tells you your perceptions. Your past is a reflection of your decisions. (Perceptions) You may think you've changed, but perception is all thats probably changed. When you go on shorterm fads for success, wealth, health etc, what changes is perception. Life cannot change but perception can. Don't wait for change make change truly. Truly change perception, thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, and overall longterm character by reading up on a recent blog post, "No More Obesity by Using Your Subconscious."
