Add new flips by activating more muscle. How? Thats exactly what you'll learn today. How to add muscle and flip easier. Why weighing more wont effect your flip training. Why muscular anaerobic workouts are better because you already get enough aerobic cardio while flipping it's just the muscular anaerobic muscles that need to become more fatigue resisitant. When you flip or do any exercise for a minimum of 3 sets you can better deal with oxidative stress.



Flips Made Easier

Cold therapy, heat therapy, cranial therapy, deep breathing therapy, neurofeedback therapy, EMF therapy, all can make flips easier etc. Starting with just 4 deep breaths 10 times a day is great for faster recover. Breathing especially deep diaphramic breathing can change your bodies nitric oxide which is a longevity hormone you want to be high. Deep breathing just 6 breaths in the belly(diaphram) through the nose for 2 seconds or more and out the mouth for 6 seconds or more lowers blood pressure. Lowering oxidative stress by breathing, eating mighty fine, and thinking positive and talking positve make for faster recovery.


Adding muscle and adding flips are the same when it comes to getting better. Protein synthesis increases every 48 hours so training your muscles that recover fully in about 36 hours can give you some lee way into how to maximize results and not just train whenever you feel like it. Hormesis and true healing doesn't happen in one night even with deep sleep so you always have to have a recovery day. That involves muscle building blood flow better healing triggering sessions. Basically you just use cables, weights, kettlebells, ropes for 5-10 minutes 3 times or more throuought the day to trigger more building and healing of muscle faster. I train everyday by doing walks, rebounding on a mini tramp, cold showers, 10 minute isometrics like with a kettlebell, long breathe weightloss exercise etc.


Does Adding Muscle Make it Difficult to do Tricking?

Your always strengthening muscles while tricking that’s how you get better at it so defanitly a no! Mass on the other hand like fat and muscle will effect your aerodynamics, but lean muscle which takes a long time to put on is awesome for tricking. Train strength and flips so you get more blood flow and recover faster what I’m saying is that you ought to hit the gym and do 3–8 reps heavy especially for the legs and dips why? Because your scapula and muscles no one uses that help you flip are activated while doing dips.

I’m a tricker and I just put on a couple pounds of muscle and it’s helped my power moves like backhandspring, but my round off backflip is still the same.


You Have a More Muscular Build so Can You Start Flipping?

Just start watching what you want to learn and train 2x a week than 3x or if you can only train twice a week while recovering do a sport or lift weights so you’ll get more blood flow and be able to train more.


After 2 weeks or more of watching the tricks you want to learn like the backflip one day you’ll just wake up and not have the fear and be able to do it. If you practice jumping everyday and efficiently jumping like bringing your arms up along with tucking that’s all you need for a backflip.


Videos/Work on Strengths (like a backflip without thinking than move on)

Trick with no mattress or anything that will block your mind in the beggining. (ALL GROUND STUFF)


Gain Flexibility/mobility

Fuel Your Body. You have to with a high impact high intensity sport. (Good fuel though.) You have to stay light for flipping.

How do you do you learn, trick, and improve actually? If you want to spend more time doing it. Your likely not good at tricking because you havent spent enough time at doing what it takes to be good at tricking. For flexibility you need to constantly train that and get your brain used to it. If you want the splits or a nice tricking kick you have to start off with a few times a week just kicking, spliting like for 4 sets of 30–90 seconds in a uncomfortable position and only 10 seconds in maximum splits. But the point is is to have high volume and you want to be able to do 100 kicks a day verses just 20 kicks three times a week. How you get high volume is by say you want to improve mobility, jumping, and flexibility. What you’d do is while watching a 2 hour anime you’d do a mobility routine to make your hips more mobile and less tight. You’d jump as high as you can for at least 3 sets of 5–7 in the beginning. You’d do the splits for the whole time your watching the anime. You’d end up sore because most peoples muscle fibers consist of primarily fast twitch so when you train these fibers like with jumping you’ll be sore the next day because they aernt slow twitch fibers.

Tricking tip: Rest 3–4 minutes after going hard at least once and you’ll see gains.
