There's four levels of habit change the fourth being instinctual. Making things instinctual to where are body is adapted and it's just how life is is great. Though good is the enemy of great and convictions are the enemy of truth. Autonomic training is where it's at not external training. People dont work for the sake of working on it's own, nor train. Not a puritan work ethic, but a pierian deep drink in the springs. Whence cometh the self fulfilling pride. Superhumans at any moment have a autonomic nervous system that is ready for the moment. This moment right now where all the power is. Fliiip check! If you didn't than hip hooray because this means you need to train your body heavily to where you can flip without much effort. I know that while writing this if someone called me and said, "He he he, Flip Check!" Than immediatly hangs up I'd than record myself flipping and getting hurt. I know I can land a flip when someone calls it but my abs and body isn't 24/7 warmed up. I've got injured at least my abs have from flipping to much. Do your max flips, pullups, squats, and what's most important like reverse back planks. Than everyday thereafter you can take one off day or two if you really are feeling it. So after you train for 4 months strength and endurance doing everyday at least 70 pullups than you up that to 120 over the 4 months than maintain it. You maintain it by only doing a strength and endurance fullbody high volume workout 1x a week.

By the end of the day working out should always be an option! When it comes to longevity low level physical activity throughout the whole day is more beneficial than working out hard 3x a week than sitting the rest of the time.
