Fans
I have some fans that scream Damian! Or flip check! "No you obnoxious peice of lard!" I'd like to say out loud but I make use of this to my advantage by seeing it as a gift and a vicarious way to improve my free flips. Usually you have to warm up quite a bit to do flips, but times a callin ya. Fans be hallerin at yah. You cringe and they cringe and than clap when you fail. Fans spread across many terrifs from the public, school, your house, while your training like on a sidewalk, while in the city etc. I've done flips in classrooms, bathrooms, gyms, stores, electric boxes, balls, walls, etc I've had to perform which I like doing in gym class. I've sat for hours on end in school with no exposure to the outdoors and having to get up and do a flip check even for the heck of it not just to do something else than sit but actually live life. I've recorded myself in class flipping, jumping on desks, flipping other people in narrow places like in a crowded hallway, cafeteria, and crowded science class. I've done all this with not a lot of effort just consistency. Since my gym teacher makes us sit for most of the period in gym class I stay after and wait for his fat a#@ to leave the gym so I can actually live life. Through this self reflection I just wrote I am coming to the realization as I'm writing this that you just do what you do because it's who you are and fans just naturally come to you. They see the results. They don't see you lecturing them though on why because you are the why.
Training With Fans
I've had flipping friends that were beginners and both of them got hurt therin trying to progress in one day on a webster. This is why you must train with fans. You must make sure ignorance doesn't hurt them. I've had a skinny fat friend who wanted to be like spiderman and flip but he just was to delusional and weak. Not a mental weakness, but a out of shape weakness that demotivated his confidence. I've had a tall basketball player friend try and do a webster into a snowpile but than hurt his back. Though this made me realize through the many people who have crossed my path that you can improve your life by helping others lifes. You truly start appreciating and working on your abilities when you realize not everyone can do what you do. If training with fans. If being a energy giver not a energy drainer. If learning more about myself. If teaching enables you to learn twice. If learning with the intention to teach allows you to learn better. If I activate life making use of my biology, neurobiology, psychology, breathe, and overall biohacking. If I've improved my flips by shaking life up and getting out of my own way. If I've got weird looks from doing what I love. If I get weird looks everyday from fat people all sitting on their porch every morning while I'm walking and flipping. If I've used it I wont lose it. And so can you because success breeds success so train be apart of others causes fight for the causes with them. Don't give to, give of. Give of yourself to the world.
