Backflips most people just huck. You'd think a quad back on a supertramp is something that needs to be hucked, but you'd be wrong to say you need to huck both of these. In my case you'd be right to say both of these😂 I learned how to backflip with firstly doing it on a trampoline, secondly doing a backhandspring on ground, thirdly betting my friend money that I would do a backflip the day I wanted to, and fourthly hucking a backhandspring with no hands to only have a sore core the next day, but hay! A backflip! Money should never motivate you to flip especially a measly 6$ that I never got for doing the backflip! I mean I did jump of his roof while doing a front flip onto his trampoline. I mean I did swear while his little brother or whoever was inside the house could here me because I necked on a double frontflip. I mean I did pop his BMX tire doing a jump. I mean I did almost crash his four wheeler. etc. It's probably because I hucked the backflip that I didn't get the money for it. It is therefore my duty to have a better backflip so next time I will get payed, and my core want be sore the next day.
Better Backflip?
With my, "better backflip." I do now, it used to be a daily thing I couldn't do for a while than I eased of the flips in hopes to bring value solving a real problem online to help people, but not get any dough. And it takes dough to make bread. With my better backflip in place I don't expeirence such a sore body after a flip session. It's weird after flipping for a while because other muscles start to compensate for your flips. My chest, calfs, or hip flexors are now whats sore for me the day after a flip session. After I stop expeirencing the pain in these muscles due to a change in techinque or I'll just look at my technique on video I'll have to make another blog entitled, "Better Better Backflip." Your here today though for the better backflip. Get your bodies geometry ready because backflips you must be backwards and if your geometry like you body, core, glutes, isnt tight etc Your setting yourself up for later complications like knee, low back, sternum problems etc.(Like Dom Lewis)
Success breeds success and the reason why your not successful is because you havent spent enough time bieng their. The. same actions equal the same results, so start listening to people that are 10 x you and do what they say. By the way that speel was inspired in the depths of me by Sam Walton. I've made the mistake of not listening and not doing what YouTube videos say. Not doing what my parents say. Not doing what my to do list says etc. But your struggles must match your strengths for them to even be strengths. Spend invest and actually invest where you get a roi or at least the same amount back that you put in. Turn your dang appreciation spending into dang tootin appreciation spending.
Step 1 for a better backflip know that your brain juices are flowing to your brain. Get your dang pads on you maybe even add in some pillows. Fail to plan don’t fail to plan. What I mean is dont do what you dont do. Dont fall on your head don’t fall on your head. Basically do the opposite rewire your brain to think that failing is safe. Know that you’ve gotten over the mind barrier which is really the only thing keeping people from hucking a flip go onto the other steps. Go on son lad. On lads have good verticals and actually jump up in the air almost daily. If you dont avidly jump high than thats a starting point to become a sunny lad for flips.
Step 2 you must hype yourself up. Beat your chest scream and afterwards than relax because if your tense than you flip you’ll bail midair.
Step 3 now that your nerves are takin care of make sure to get the most spring as possible by keeping your chest up while moving your arms back as far as possible this way you’ll have more momentum especially if you pull your sternum up and your arms therefore lats all the way to your ears.
Step 4 you do your vertical than after pulling upward tuck like how your kind of tucked in a chair. While your doing your backflip your knees kind of naturally tuck so you don’t need to forcefully as you think pull your knees to your chest.
With all this said and trodden go into the tenacity of actually having a better backflip. Go here and watch the whole thing I assure it will increase your backflip. Quick point to add on the vid is that you must have good calfs. You must jump up explosively with your calfs fully extending down. When you see NBA players jumping they point there toes down while in the air. Because their using their calfs.
Yawning for me I believe because I’m yawning while writing this actually depressurizes your head and makes you focus better therefore because their is less stress. All behavior is belief drivin. Do your flips. Do your contagious yawning and your body will adapt. My trouble for the backflip is just the fact that I cant always huck it but rather warm up. I made a pledge to myself that I would only flip if I’m warmed up. People would flip check me and I did the flips even in the winter an it hurt my core. I’ve adapted but not fully to the point where I can just flip without much thought this is my goal. And my goal is to get better at the backflip and yours should also be. Get a even better backflip by improving other aspects of life.Up one aspect of life and the other ones will be pushed with it because where you do anything is where you do everything.
