My World Records

Do outrageous stuff that takes sheer mind power to do that no one is willing to do and most importantly of all execute! Smile and after a week or two of attempting training for a record than start going full throttle! Have grit: the ability to work hard and wit: ability to think smartly. Today learn not about my world records, but your perception of them. When you do something it seems so hard to the point where you tell yourself, "Gosh that was a world record." When world records usually involve flow and after you achieve them you see it as something that wasn't that hard. After you achieve something you get a dopamine rush. Use your reward tendency the #1 motivator for humans! Yolo! What that means though is to live everyday as if it was your last and to plan the day. "If you don't have a clear life vision of where you want to go in life your in danger of being swept up by someone elses.

My World

Whenever I do something it's not about the something that I'm doing. The work that I'm doing for the works own sake. Not a peritan work ethic that states, "Work is good for it's own sake." But the Pierian spring work ethic where you must drink deep to taste the water. I'm getting pulled through what I do I'm bouncing not pushing. You can't always push especially when running. The good runners bounce of the ground and use less force therefore as opposed to the back runners who are pushing and using more force. With this speel being said the point is the only enemy is yourself. Bruce Lee said, "No self no enemy." The records I'll be talking about today are "my" hardships the arduous trenches I've went in everyday that seems so hard to me that it effects the world. Actual records though come easy to me. For instance when I did 20 backflips or so at Get Air while I was 11 It wasn't that hard. When I was 13 I won the 400 meter sprint by a landslide. When I bought a lottery ticket with only two try's I won the highest amount of money in the pull off tabs. When I did a crappy magic trick and some flips I won a talent show etc. If you keep going with your goals the big records will come easy. I've held my breathe for almost 4 minutes.

World Records

As I'm writing this blog I'm training for some pretty hard stuff. I can only do 35 burpees without having to stop because lactic acid in my muscles with no stop. I can only do 5 clean form backflips in a row with a burpee. I can only do this and that. And the, "this." and the, "that." is what makes things worthwhile. What makes training to be smarter, live longer and feel better more worthwhile is doing it with a 5k coming up for the month in your mind. The world responds to seed not need. "When things are in abundance they lose value." Therefore make things in life more valueble. What records do you have set in mind that you know will take a year or years and that you can train weekly? Where, what, who why, and how are you going to execute?

My Training

Doing a bunch of burpees, flips, and just crazy body stuff that takes discipline, pain, and time isn't gonna get you money unless you want it to. You can market a video of you training for a world record and attempting to beat it and if you marketed, connected, builded the right relationships you'll make money. For me life often seems to good to be true and in order to feel alive I do challenges because if it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you or make you feel alive. I'm training fastest for most webster burpees, backflip burpees, one legged backflip burpees, and spin kicks because no one wants to do these grueling things most likely. My endurance is on par and not so much on the strength flip side though. You can start a ton of backflip, webster, one legged burpees etc. but toward the fifth one your backflip is gonna be low. You can see how when things like this are hard how they really are hard. Good cardio, and a muscle workout. We get to have fun in this world. We get to pick up people who need a ride. We get to go to the Gym and make awesomeness happen. We get to only do challenges for workouts.

Now that I've told you about what's happining with me this year I'm curious what's going on with you and why you chose to read this. I made a previous blog on, "records." It's about mindset, flips, self improvement. I promise you it's a blog that will inevitable be bite sized for your brain and life. All the blogs I make are directed toward you and non of them have fluff. If you need to improve your flips than improve what improves your flips. Improve the body, mind, muscle brain connection etc. If you need more confidence which is the key driver to doing stuff you would usually skimp on you can get my Ebook,"Confident Competence."
