I’ve through the pain lived a what to most kids seems like a busy life. I will always add weights to tricking sessions and WVP therapy(wave vibrational plateform.) to tricking and calisthenics stuff, but lifting weights 3 times intense a week is good for a child to get HGH up and have uptimal growth, but when I’m a adult I’ll focus just on skills like the planche, muscle up, handstand, and other movements that engage a lot of muscles to continue to have a increase in testosterone and youth hormones. I’d say in the long scheme of things as a kid entering flow where your just living and going through a task for hours without thinking your just doing.
I grew up not remembering to this day as I’m passionately writing this what I exactly did day to day while I was a yongueyin. What I do remember is playing the game cube, Ipad, body skateboarding, ding dong ditching, getting air heads, going into the woods, daycare, homeschool group, etc. My grandparents is where my flips started I fell out of my grandparents fourwheeler one time *a couple* and I did a flip, surprisingly I was fine. Coming back from the fourwheeler rides with the wind in my happy face, with my knees getting a massage from the vibrating box I was in, attached to the back of the fourwheeler was when the true flips or fun began. Flips, writing, homework, a job etc. always needs to be in the, "fun." category within your brain because where you do anything is where you do everything and your beliefs shape behavior because all behavior is belief drivin. This is why I'm careful about my thoughts and therefore beliefs.
When we would come back from a bumpy fun adventurous four wheeler ride I would do a horsey game on my grandpa’s trampoline. I would have to jump as high as I could over the broom stick my grandpa was holding. I had the hops as a kid and one day I just happened to huck a backflip than my sister did one after me. Increasing bounce for me was pretty nice. Increasing bounce for me was me continuing to bounce on the trampoline. I got the same height for double flips when I was little and older. It don't matter what body shape you have just huck what you want in life until it's on lock! I increased height by being able to jump off the roof of my grandpas shed onto the trampoline. After playing horsey I went up the stairs at my grandparents onto the porch treehouse than through a gate onto the roof than theirn off the roof onto the trampoline. It was a blast and what made me anxious and just in bliss was when my sisters helped me bounce higher and the wet trampoline that was sprayed down with a hose very melodically.
I when I was 10 did a backflip off the roof and a frontflip. I when I was 11 did a double frontflip. I would always anticipate as a kid going to have fun at my grandparents. It’s where I climbed the stairs did scooter, pogo stick stuff, tree stuff, and overall everyday stuff that I loved that made me sweat. One of the best peices of fitness advice is, “Do what you love everyday and sweat about.”
I was self taught with the flip stuff. No YouTube, external motivation from others just my mind, body, and a trampoline. I continued flipping on a trampoline and living a child like life. I got into biking, magic, and occasional flips. Than videogaming and working out which I still do. I started with circuit training than T25’s than cross country than track and working out. Than just flips. Than weights and flips which I do know and, "oh also calisthenics for 3 months within that plethra of stuff. I've gained wisdom and only that through these things my whole past is not a mistake but preparation for me to get better. "Your past is meant to guide you, not define you."
I’ve lost money, flips, valuable time spent "watching," "wondering," and "consuming" instead of making and creating.
With this story I can say that I will not change, “Kingdom entrprenering Helping Other People Excel; the unreached.” We have “MTPs.” Untapped human potential. Purposeful disciplining in this super stimulants, complacent, to comfortable time. Making disciples of all nations the great commision to be done will not change! In part of Gods appointment things are going to happen and theres no buts, ifs, biffs, shoulds, woulds, or coulds. Waking up and going to sleep not staying up with buts, ifs, and kiffs but something so inevitable, concrete, tangible, "The great commission."
I wake up with a results drivin plan. With a lot of mindsets of successful people. I wake up with dedication and go to bed with satisfaction. I live everyday as if it is my last. I make everyday unforgettable not for people but for thee. Your either living or just existing and the struggle is real, but thats what makes you feel alive! My whole life I've thought maybe I'm in some type of matrix and we all think we have superpowers when we're little than life starts to dim and are imagination is watered down by media and social agents like school, church, family etc. We start to get swept up by someone elses vision than we don't feel exactly present therefore alive. Feel alive carry out alive resolutions a vision, not a pretty idea but something tangible. "If you don't have a clear life vision of where you want to go in life your in danger of being swept up by someone elses."
Focusing on my vision decreeing and declaring my opinion about my dream. (The only opinion about your dream that matters is yours.) I strive to be transparent, authentic, persistent, focused and a assortment of other character traits that bring me foward in life substantially. Inevitable success for the week is a good character trait to have. Character means carrying out a resolution long after the excitement of the moment has passed. I'm carrying out what is invisible to visible thats what success is it's making the invisible visible. Kingdom entrepreneur, creative flipper, superhuman coach, youtuber etc. comes from a eternal place and it is just oosing out through this blog. Your insta bio usually isn't what you live out day to day but what you'd like to.
Turn your mess into your message and deep down after doing the why exercise after asking why for certain things in your life like spirituality or a, "higher purpose." you get what you focus on and you'll get the answer. You'll know the deep why and reap results because reasons reap results. What's deep down that's what ought to go on your bio not a dream. Don't dream it be it. Double down on what your good at whats unique about you. What people have commented you on. What you've been doing for the last ten years. If you've been passing time and not living time for the past 10 years than you can start now where all the power is and will ever be. Stop worrying and start living you can go to, "Tai lopez 67 steps." to rewire your brain. Get the foundations going and make success in your life inevitable.
Believe it or not changing your beliefs will make you more successful and it's the only reason why you don't have the results that you may like. "Reasons reap results." "All behavior is belief drivin." These quotes upon many more help me get pulled through the day because you cant always push and a day for me might not look like a day for you, but that's the beauty in this world. We all have are own story and in my case flips, motivation, characteristics etc. Continue to think your the hype and reap those beliefs because it's not the older people that stop playing but the people who stop playing who than grow old. Life is not something you merrily have but something you do. Turn your nouns into verbs!
