Writer's picture: Damian EisoldDamian Eisold

Do you want to do a cool flip that looks like it's an illusion it's so good and with slight ease? Without coming in contact with the ground and your palms? Without having to jump up even? Today learn how to do one of the easiest tricking moves and much more!

First you got to have flips on lock. More importantly you got to have smooth flips, A Flipping Diet, good Technique, Strength, progressions, Confidence, self discipline, the right perception, a Pre-Workout for optimal Flips, the right mindset, and most importantly the subconsious belief that you can do eiiiighttt! Get your progressions on lockdown like the b-kick, crescent kick, and the ariel in order to do the easy flip today that confuses onlookers. Get it on lockdown by clicking the 11 different links above which will be a only a half hour read. Get it on lockdown by taking notes while you read the past blogs I made above.

The life we live are the lessons we teach and in order to teach lessons that help people you have to be learned. Being learned is remembering what you learned and acting it out everyday because that's just who you are and what you do. I do burpees, tricking whatever gets the heart beat really high for 30 seconds before a carbohydrate meal in order to increase my glycemic variability and better uptake the food I'm eating into my muscles instead of fat, so I'll slip away from events and do my thing than come back and eat if theirs good food to enjoy. I don't tell people about it, I just do it. It's like brushing your teeth it's apart of your longterm lifestyle and you don't go out and tell people about how hype it was.

Get the Most Out of Today

We are what we repeatedly do and their is no learning without remebering. Basically without repetiton you wont reap benefits, without a blueprint or back knowledge, without something to focus on you wont succeed. So please check out the previous blogs than come back to this one, and all the blogs because you cant cherrypick at life one point being that, "Where you do anything is where you do everything." Everything I put into these blogs. Every speel I put onto this screen. Every link that is found on the blogs within the speels are apart of the blog. And without you clicking all the links than the blog would not be complete. I don't have the time to rewrite for this blog someone elses video that demonstrates to the point like a backflip, so I have links and you better not overlook the obvious *by clicking all the links* and grasp onto the esoteric, or else you'll be in a disconnected state.

Easiest Flip

It's more of a trick because you feel like a ninja doing a roundhouse kick in the move. You again need to have a b-ckick, ariel, and a crescent kick down. Fully perform the move today that looks sick by comninding these three. The trick today is like a b-kick 180 than a crescent. How you do the trick today is by doing your b-ckick and than turning and kicking with the leg you took off of. This trick is called the illusion twist. It's a good trick to end a line or start a line. You could do a b-ckick, to a illusion twist, to a scoot full. A double bakflip to a illusion twist. Before you go and watch an example of it make sure you didn't cherrypick today and you read the 11 blogs also learn it on both legs never just one! I do this with all my tricks! As I'm writing this I just overcame, I flew, I flocked higher than my mind by doing a overotated backflip off of my neighbors tree, but not with my life leg, but also with my right one!

Thanks for being open minded and reading my blogs it really helps me make more specific blogs to help you in the present moment.🙂 Stay updated and join the birdflock to inevitably overcome obstacles in life by subscribing and picking your brain at the previous blogs.
