What’s really funny and I quote is that my mom said, Quit nagging, but I told her that I’m going to keep on doing it until she stops buying junk food because she is fat. She’s never went in the trenches and done the research to verify that the stuff she’s getting herself and the family is actually good. It’s daunting that when people get older they don’t get healthier and they remain ignorant.
Aside from what I just said the reason why I said is because there’s a difference between telling someone what they need to hear so they can actually be here for the family members who need them. And me telling someone what they already know. Today now that’s off my chest; do impossible challenges like the alphabet flip challenge! Learn about the power of challenges today!
Win Your Challenges
A challenge like the alphabet flip challenge. This challengewill keep you going and keep things exciting, and keep things alive, and spice life up like canyene pepper. To spice up life you could just do something you love every day, and are willing to sweat about that will keep you alive. Being alive, living a life of abundance, living in peace within the stuggle etc. “Is not something you have it is something you do.” You do things like flip, focus, creativity, and read this blog!
I’m writing this blog today because I’m curious what challenges you guys have and whatever it is you can combine flips with it for nice YouTube content. Milk cartons plus flips sounds like nice content. I did this challenge where I smashed milk but I added a flip to it. This challenge was planned.
Whenever
Whenever you have challenges in front of you. Keep in mind that you have more time to solve the problems that may lie ahead with a plan, or anticipated challenge. I anticipate that I would edit this blog, and that I would heal, and that I would create new habits today.
Nature does really heal I like how adaptable our body is, and how well I was walking earlier. While engaging my glutes as I walked I was warm and now I’m walking right now again, but this time I’m a little cold, but it’s life. Life is a perception and just because this thing or that thing happened doesn’t mean you can’t bounce back. Bouncing back is easy when you have the right mindset.
When you focus on better perceptions, beliefs, and solutions you your life will be happier. I don’t think people will never see challenges and think negatively. People just gasp in surprise and impatiently start to get it over with. We all have to take the big dutch gulp *tai lopez 67 steps* in the beginning but then sip through the process. Where you live is in the, “process.” Have impatient patience! I start challenges and try and go above the status quo! I always try and go above the status quo by not going 100% while training because I know theirs gonna be a, “tomorrow.”
Challenge
I do things that would seem like a hard challenge to people but to me being able to hold your breath for 3 minutes is a learned skill and only hard if you’ve never had impatient patience toward it. I don’t know if you do this but what I do is hold my breath sometimes while walking and I’ll go for 30 seconds. It really trains you to hold your breath and that’s what I just did a few seconds ago. While voice typing this blog. Challenges make me feel alive, and although I can do, “strong things.” I don’t feel all that strong.
In order to have strength because you can only build on strengths you must know your struggles.”The cave that you fear holds the treasure your desire.” Your struggles must match your strengths. So know your challenge.
What’s the challenge you’re working on right now? If you don’t have one how and when can you have one in order to truly start living? Living means getting out of your own way. Being uncomfortable. For going the pleasures of the world in order to actually get stuff done and execute!
All these blogs are about getting out of your own way and, “flipping.” which are really efficient body weight movements. And to become efficient you must eliminate certain things, certain decisions, certain behaviors in order that you don’t have decision fatigue and offload doing good to doing bad. Offload your new habits to old ones. Feel the same way everyday. Where you do anything is where you do everything. Therefore take your flip challenges into your education, social, financial, and other aspects of your life.
