The aches, the ankles, the weather, the terrain, your mindset, your motivation all seem like hubris and you realize you have a long way to go in order to improve your bodyweight moves. Feeling grateful for the pain of getting into a routine helps you stick to it. With a smile on your face you go and huck a double full and fail, but that smile helps you get back up again and fell alive! Your likely here today because you wan't to know the solution to how to get better at flips because you've got worse. Getting Worse

You made it a goal to flip every time you felt like it and when you didn't because you know your goals don't care how you feel. You made it a goal to only flip when your warmed up. You made it a goal to get your knew trick down by stating training only 3 times a week and going up from there. You sweat, slept, have been dedicated etc. But for some reason your flips are going no where. That's why you may be here today and that's what you'll figure out.


How to Get Worse

We are what we eat ate. If you don't eat organic vegetables or grass fed only meat than your gonna not be as energized. The pesticides, chemicals, preservatives in non organic food will leave you not felling good mentally, and physically. Nutrition really is the key factor in you getting worse at flips. Are bodies are a machine and we're only meant to give this machine a certain fuel. You've likely had the wrong fuels for your body in this post industrial age. Processed food always needs to be avoided because are body's don't handle the added chemicals, preservatives, neurotoxins, in the food etc. When giving your body the right fuels like vitamin C which you get from vegetables, and fruit you can repair muscle faster and boost the immune system. Fix what you eat by making healthy choices a lifestyle and a means to improve your life not consume it. If after a month of eating what your brain and body loves you don't get gains with your flips it's likely that you need to add variation and make your body get out of it's homeostasis: a set point that makes us survive efficiently. Do leg training or a sport in the mean time while doing tricking to help you have more blood flow and recover faster. After 6 weeks of doing the same things are body adapts to those same things and just doesn't improve a.k.a (homeostasis)


Really those are the two things you ought to be aware of and act on now because now is where all the power is and will ever be. Now is when to start, "it's now or never." Learning is not a spectator sport. Be active write down the foods you need to eat more of and do it, don't eliminate all the bad foods right away just slowly ease away from them and eat as much veggies as possible not fruit (because the fattening fructose) *you want have room for fake food when you shove a ton of vegetables down your esophegus everytime you eat and studies show you can't get fat eating vegetables because they don't spike insulin like fake food does* You can only build on strengths so figure them out and a great way to do this is by checking out my previous blogs.
