How to go Hard at Flips

You need to have real goals with smaller goals within them. Your flip sessions always have to be timed unless your learning a new move. Adrenline, cortisol, hormones etc. And dopamine make you not feel the pain as much while flipping, so to get big gains you must force yourself to take 3 minute breaks to get a full recovery than hit it hard a again. Today learn how hormones equal fat loss, good flips, good recovery, etc. Not calories, time, intensity etc.

Kids go Harder?

Kids oxidize fat 30-40% better than adults for fuel when exercising. Most humans have over 100k calories of adipose tissue (fat) to be tapped into for energy like while sleeping. With this in mind you want to optimize your fat burning hormones and how you do this is by getting a lot of chlorophyll in your blood by eating lots of greens and also healthy fats. (why this helps ketosis?) Intermittent fast as a kid 12 hours every day so your body will be using it’s fat primarily for fuel. As a kid we need to eat from 10-6 or just a few hours before you go to sleep and you’ll get better sleep especially if your not using food for energy and better healing. We need food because it has nutrients that are body doesn’t store like amino acids and are liver, kidneys, organs, bones are all developing etc.

Now that you know the fuel that are body can most rapidly hold onto use it! Lower your processed food intake and you’ll be able to use your fat better when sleeping. I’ve found I need less sleep if I don’t eat a couple hours before bed because I’m also never hungry. I have grehlin the hunger hormone going through my body, but me I’m living in abundance and don’t need food to survive because I already have 30 days worth of it stored as adipose tissue, but I do need it to thrive. I need the amino acids so that when I do intense workouts that take almost an hour I won’t lose muscle because amino acids are the building blocks for muscle. What I mean by processed food is exactly that so no bagels, bread, pasta, or any high carbs etc. Kids don’t run on carbs as readily as adults do. Are metabolism is more fat oriented while adults metabolic machinery is more carb oriented. (why this ketosis stuff?)

How to Go Hard

“Back to it you sunny lad you best get your stuffs a togeth’a. “ So how do you go hard at flips? In retrospective you simply do the oppostite and you do the opposite how? You basically work on only progressions for a move you want to achieve. For all ya’ll flippers reading this if you want to double cork on flat just start getting your cork down really well and double fulls thats a example of progressions. You need to everyday train a new move your trying to learn because habits are made or subconscious actions like a double cork through reps. Through daily repetition; it takes about 21 days to make a habit and 40 or so to start making it feel comfortable. You brush your teeth likely everyday without thinking about it and what who and what not, so make a, “hard timeframe.” For the things you want to develop in life.

Glad, proud, pride, flipping strides and flocking with birds defying gravity with the mind than body is what I am for you reading this. Join the birdflock by subscribing to this blog and D birdflips YouTube channel so you stay updated! “Each one teach one.”
