Why Bboys Should Not Flip

Today learn what happens when you don't train flips.



You can get your moves down and eliminate risk for injury though you won’t master body weight is fully is what not flipping reaps. If you do flips however you will be more explosive and more superhuman doing flips. That’s one of the points in breakdancing anyways, “To have your style going beyond your own body’s limits.” Bruce Lee doesn’t have a limits he goes beyond them. I recently made a blog and about how Bboy’s should flip, “here.” in case your interested.


Whipping out heartbeating break dancing moves that you know you need to train for albeit your willing to do it in public can be troubling and they take time while just flipping out a quick flip will give you the benefits of cardiovascular and muscular benefits and you don’t need as much space compared to you, “breakdancing.” Therefore flipping can bring you faster results than the traditional breakdancing. If you’re limited in space you can whip basic flips out to warm you up quickly.


You likely already train your core, and arms enough. You shouldn’t do flips if you don’t want to get strong legs. Your whole body when doing flips gets a workout, and if you huck the same flip over and over and over again it’s hard for the body to adapt because it’s such an efficient bodyweight movement. It’s not like the push-up where you can hit a plateau easily if you want to hit plateaus and not improve then don’t flip. What I’m getting across in this blog is that you can jump up as high as you can and keep doing it until your ready for the backflip.

You shouldn’t do flips if you don’t want to do a variety of things, workout in a variety of ways, and look badass. If you don’t want to mix up the time, the place, and the volume. If you do though to get results in public wherever you go you’d need to set a timer for 10 times throughout the day to do some jumps with your legs and explosive stuff. Albeit when not having explosive muscles, and you do explosive muscle exercises there’s you get those muscles. Doing the exercises, and greasing the grove. I’ve went over numerous of my blogs that will tremendously amp your game up talking about greasing the grove, “here.”

If you are not a Bboy but a polymath and try flips, take on the challenge, have a variety laden life I suggest you do a sport while doing your hobbies (flips) so you can recover faster by having more blood flow.
