You need to have real goals with smaller goals within them. Your flip sessions always have to be timed unless your learning a new move. Adrenline, cortisol, hormones etc. And dopamine make you not feel the pain as much while flipping, so to get big gains you must force yourself to take 3 minute breaks to get a full recovery than hit it hard a again. *This nice tid bit of wisdom from a professional flipper, "Jujimufu."*

Hard Flips?
Simply work on progressions until you know for a fact you can do the flip it's just about not bailing. Develop the mind muscle, body muscles like muscle memory when doing, "hard flips."
