A Day in The Life Of a Flipper

Today learn how I write these blogs. *theirs only about sixty something, and that’s all you need* Why I write these blogs and my daily life. And it all only costs one of are most valuable assets, “time.”

I am voice typing this while walking as it is raining. I could see that my hands still both have two black marks and I still have scabs on my body that have been there for over a week right now. Now lets get into my life.


Our bodies, your life, my life they take time, and life *living it* is about consistency and that’s how I’m able to write these blogs. I use the consistency habit which compounds the other aspects of my life. I have a satiable, content, powerful yet happy presence. I live a life of grit (working hard) and of wit (being smart.) My body is super adaptable, and I look back at my day and wonder how one human could have so much impact. Also too much than I’d like to waiver how much a human can destroy life. I’ve been detached from life although I walk *go in nature* and am only on my phone one - two hours a day. *I track my time with an app* Life seems to not have to much effect on what I do because I’m no longer a victim of it and I’m actually creating in the moment with ease. I assume that I just have to ride the ease and, not domesticate myself. If I do domesticate myself life will cease because we weren't meant to be “industrialized.” We from a DNA and neurobiological standpoint are the same beings as are ancestors seven generations back, and this means living life in flow is a must, we actually cant live to serve everything though you can serve anything that is any one thing and double down on it.


I realize as I’m writing this that most my problems come from a lack of connection, and to much stimulus from the world that’s unnatural. Somehow I’m able to write this blog, although I can here everything going on in my house. We are very adaptable and I’m able to write this still! This may be due in part of my other habits which compound this writing moment I’m having right now.


I have a gratitude journal for many reasons that I write in daily one of them is that where you do anything is where you do everything. Also I like investigating with life and living it to the fullest, but at times my over contemplating or pensiveness can take over and I end up eating too much, not in the moment, but afterwards. I realize like six hours after I eat a meal that I ate too much. You can also eat too much on Instagram, you can eat too much on Netflix, you can eat too much on YouTube. Again, “Where you do anything is where you do everything.” Are world is effected by are inability to overcome are neurobiology.


We have a society with obese people just 10 yards away from you. We have obese people because we over consume information and therefore food or self-control, or awareness which is out of sync. And we have super stimulants in the society. “The super stimulants I have became aware of (like YouTube’s *suggested*) This awareness has made me be able to create more than I consume. I wake up with the morning winning the day because if you win the morning you you can win the rest of the day. I wake up with motivation, dedication, rigor, and resiliency and I go to bed with satisfaction. I don’t pass time I live time. I have a weeks of a planned out. I have a paper that says, “results” and that goes over all the timestamps of the day. It’s all stuff I’d like to do day in and day out. I again have stuff I’d, “like to do.” stuff that I’m working on day in and day out.


I don’t always fully go with the schedule because I have to be adaptable. But if you don’t have a system you nothing to build upon. And you need one in the beginning and you need one in the middle. This is an example of a vision which covers the aspects of your life unlike traditional goal setting which is broken. “If you don’t have a clear like vision of where you want to go in life you are in danger of being swept up by someone else’s.” Get so dang clear on your vision for life and live it out daily! A day in your life is like a cool vision, a cool dream, and when you ask, believe, and receive than a magnificent manifistation. “Dont dream it be it.” You can start writing down your vision for your categories of life, “here.” This though is just a glimpse of what sparks my, “day in the life.”


This has been my day in the life of a flipper. What does your day in the life look like? Legitimately? I mean I told you about my consuming problem? What I write in my gratitude journal is a to do, to love, to be, to make, to routine, and other to’s possibly for the day. On my to do list I usually have a, “To do a flip session.” Maybe a, “To do parkour.” This ensures that when I don’t feel like flipping I do because if I already got the first to do’s in the day my brain will automatically wan to finish the rest of the list and get a dopamine hit. Yes you get dopamine my accomplishing your to do’s. By watching movies, by being happy, by eating. Use dopamine or the ziganrik effect to your advantage in order to fly high! “here.” *talks about ziganrik effect it’s very powerful*


If you have questions that need a solution that you don’t have right now. If your killing two birds with one stone in life, and all a sudden you only are hitting onw day. If you are sore, fatigued, obese I can inevitably help you etc. Please comment below your causes. I’m willing to fight for the causes with you!
