When unmotivated, when wanting peace with flips, when wanting to be comfortable in life in order to make yourself feel alive do a F.L.I.P challenge! With yourselfk or friends, or a live stream. You can livestream yourself on a trampoline and do the flips they tell you. I get flip checked and because of this I have to change up my lifestyle. "Diet" in Latin means way of life and my diet is not a bunch of heavy processed food, but pretty much only eggs and vegetables. This way of life allows me to flip, twist, spin, tuck, roll, be light like a feather, and be a bird. Join the birdflock to always have challenges in your life. Because if it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you! Again F.L.I.P to become a new thriving person who get's what no one can. Deserve, challenge, fight for your limitations because you get to keep them!
As I’m walking and voice typing this today I see a trampoline down my street and I don’t have one yet so I might go to this person‘s house and jump on their trampoline. This is how desperate I am for becoming superhuman. When people ask you the question, "What are you thinking about right now?" "You should be able to tell them off the bat. Your self talk should agree with your ruminating thoughts like, "do you flip?"
"Do you flip?" "Well I’m able to huck my pocket flips anywhere I go which is really cool and awesome. My pocket flips include the backflip, webster, sideflip, b-kick, and illusion twist. (Maybe it's that I keep my hips lose throughout the day by squating ten minutes minimum?) If you truly flip and are doing life the way you want you wont have to tell people that you do flips; it’s just what you do, and you’ll end up doing it consistently. And that’s what matters. Consistency, courage, capability, challenge, coach, congruence, control, *10 C's or human drives that make you feel alive* is what needs to be apart of your overall character and enacted hopefully, enabled, lovingly everyday.
On the daily even when you’re sore you should still be able to do flips when people ask you, "Do you flip? "You just do it and continue on your ways. Continue flying above the obstacles of the day and being a light to those around you being apart of the minority not the majority. Being light as feather, and going where no one has.
