Today I’ll be telling you about my craziest flips and why. “reacting” makes you want to keep stomping flips.
The craziest thing off the top of my head or a triple front flip, I messed up full in, round off double full on flat, a huge superman front flip off of a 40 foot rock, standing rudy, standing double full, round off Arabian to round off Arabian, and flipping over six people plus a hexagon pad thing. I recently was trying to start some businesses and make some bread so I can make some dough but I didn’t have enough though in the beginning to make bread and it takes though to make bread so now I’m getting more time to do what I like like flipping and I’m not as good as I used to be and I looked back at my flips and it really motivated me.
Craziness How?
Instead of thinking about what you haven’t done thinking about the past accomplishments in life will help you in this moment. Your past thoughts had time to incubate. "Rome was not built in a day, so don't think about the future *that’s where anxiety comes from wanting to control it* but the past and the present right now. This focus makes life much better. Focusing on life, and living experiences worth living that reap results!
Having internal motivation versus external motivation. If you rely on people, if people are renting space in your brain for motivation then you’ll run out. If you rely on your internal fuel you will never run out. You carve out what you deserve in life. You create life, not consume it because if you don't have a clear life vision of where you want to go in life your in danger of being swept up by someone elses.(My blog on this...)
"Your past is meant to guide you, not define you." As soon as you start looking back at your resume that’s the moment you start declining. You need to go above the status quo, and not abuse your amazing internal fuel by using it all, by looking at all the things you've done. "When things are in abundance they lose value." People who rely to heavily on one thing in life can decline, though be at peace, and content. These people usually have the, "I used to be mindset." Don’t have that, "I used to be mindset." When you get older your supposed to be good at flips, leaner, meaner, greener etc.
*As I’m writing this I’m thinking about YouTube and watching Soloflow. And it's awesome to watch but after certain point it just loses its value. I am so motivated internally I’m so convicted right now about creating my own life because it’s highly addicting versus watching videos that I will continue to make this blog I will continue to have progressive overload in my life.*
Developing Craziness
I’ve had some pretty dang productive times and some pretty dang unproductive times. You just have to stick with the ropes and have a realistic timeframe. Have habits, coaches, and the the right mental models for life. We are what we repeatedly do and things that change you, you have to be adaptable too. Often we think of things in a misdirected way, and we think were doing good when we're doing evil. Don’t confuse enemy with the identity of a person. We label, nag, judge, and gnarl things that don't need to and this blog I'm writing helps you to flip over the obstacles of life! *you can check out D birdflips on YouTube to fly high!"
Your Crazy
If you read this blog every time I post a new one that is fantastic! You will be living every day as if it was your last. *maybe not but hopefully* This year and every day will be made unforgettable. Asking yourself questions every day, having amazing self reflection questions, having affirmations to accomplish those questions, etc. Will drastically change your life for the better, and you know what? Asking questions quickly at least after you've went through the mandatory 40 days of repetition to develop the habit. "First you make your habits than your habits make you." Their is power in doing the same thing everyday and getting better at it to where you don't have to think about it and success for the rest of the day is inevitable.
Questions to direct your focus and you don't want to be stuck with questions like, "why is my mom so lazy when it comes to being healthy? "I don't want to do it." "I don't feel like it." You don't want these questions renting space in your brain you want positive behaviors dictating your life. Because all behavior is belief drivin. This blog might just be about my craziest wisdom and therefore craziest flips, but hey the life we live are the lessons we teach. I'm not teaching about flips meaning I don't live a life with an abundance of flips. With those questions like, "what flip line am I doing." "How do I flip, ohh I can not eat to flip more." But quite the opposite.
