When You Don’t Feel Like It

Do you want to be able to smash challenges, smash feelings, smash limited beliefs and fly high? Today learn what to do when, “you don’t feel like it.” Send it and don’t plague yourself with decision fatigue, but rather the 100% habit where you go all in!

Your goals don’t care how you feel and everything you’ve done up to this moment in time is a reflection of your past decisions. Why not remember them? Everything you’ve been doing up to this point has been preparing you for the life you asked for. Your life will keep sending you signs, and you must have awareness to realize these signs, so you don’t repeat them. Be aware of the challenge and take hold of it! Problems are really puzzles, and gifts! *more on turning challenges into victories in my blog, “First Person to Win Flip Challenges Win.”



A mistake done twice is a choice, so choose life. You do this by having more awareness daily, opening awareness, having mindfullness practices. In my previous walk blog I just made I go over awareness and wisdom awareness wisdom and opportunity or actually today the three things I was grateful for while doing my gratitude journal. Not only should you open your awareness and try to catch objects while flipping but play the game of stick it or get stuck, this game the grav gang has played and it’s really fun to play with friends. It’s good content for YouTube. The reason people watch it is because they get value from it and my hope is that you’re getting value from this blog. You can come up with a outrageous challenge like throwing objects at your friends while they flip.


Have your friends throw objects at you that you have to catch while working out. As I'm writing this I now love warmth. My body's warmth and the smell of my body I'm fine with. I don’t smell like bio but in my terms testosterone. I legit just licked my right shoulder and it was salty it’s probably because I had an awesome flip session in my house today, and when you sweat you sweat electrolytes like sodium chloride. I’m pretty sure potassium, chloride, and magnesium are some of the electrolytes in the body. I don’t have the fourth electrolyte on the tip of my tongue, but these electrolytes all taste like salt.


Getting a massage releases oxytocin: a hormone that makes you feel good, and more compassionate. Having sex with your food which is just realizing grace with your food, and being in the present moment. Grace over your food is really important because you realize all the hard work it took to get the food in front of you.


Being a really thankful just being comfortable and feeling your body is what I like to do. I like to move my head to the back of my shoulders and massage my back. My head is so weird right now because it's rubbing against my back. But it feels good I feel positive voice typing this blog right now. I hope that’s the same for you. I hope you can catch weird objects and stick in life the things that need to be stuck because you can only build on strengths. You can do this by checking out my previous blogs and also by joining the bird flock and you’ll be able to flip like a feather! Stay high as you can flock, fly high, twist high, and do this by subscribing to this blog so you'll stay updated. You may need a lift on your wings and one day a new blog post might just come out specifically to help you fly high!
