Learn today how being a breakdancing althlete can help yo be a flip althlete! It's fun challenging, odd especially when going to the music, and worth the time! If you already are using your time wisely you can inevitably succumb the urge to binge netflix and instead stretch the whole time, or breakdance!


Breakdancing having a free day, strength, power, speed, mobility, and traction is what breakdancing works on. It's great for longevity and you already get cardio and muscular benefits from flipping, but breakdancing is a phenomenal compliment or a sport that you can add in with flips. You can add in all shorts of things in your life to make it better. You can instead of taking away from your life just adding a ton of good thing transform your life. You can just let your pile of good things grow! Go bonkers at life.


This is a little bonkers but what if you added the game of pool or the sport with flips mixed together. We are on the brink of what we think we can do, but havent done. Pretty soon people will be doing standing double backflip to another standing double backflip on grass. My reason for writing this blog today is not to simply ask, "Are you a breakdancing boy? But rather to broaden your horizons more and to ask, "Are you doing anything else other than flips, any strength training? Are you using amazing tools like meditation? Are you reading my previous blogs? Are you using resistant bands to do crazy stuff that you thought would never be possible? Are you living every day as if it is your last? Are you actually becoming a superhero? Having your diet which is also about what you think and say in check? If you need improvement*be honest* in your mind and body, and are not "super" "I suggest you master your subconscious which dictates 90% of things you do and make this crazy habitual brain you have to do what makes you super human by reading my previous blog, "Use Your Subconscious."


If you’re a girl and reading this, great! Be a dominating women, and rise above! Be a thermostat not a thermometer! Do your handstand push-ups! You have more muscles than a man! Everyone has God given talents so use them! Hope you enjoyed that rant and make sure to get updated from the current state that your in by subscribing to this blog!
