Inspiration is Right Now

Do you want to be always inspired to do good? Do you want to cross the day and have it not cross you? Today learn how to always be inspired. Stengthen the muscle because inspiration, aspiration, and dedication are not something you have, but something you do!


Can you just start squatting at least 10 minutes throughout the day when you engage lower body more it really does amp your testosterone up even by 20% Don’t skip your dang leg days like doing 3 -4 sets of 15 reps box jumping! I’ve done over 30 leg days and I can reasonably say I would only train my legs with high volume once a week and I did this for three months straight and then for two months almost thereafter. Now because I train flips I don’t do what I probably will eventually because I wanna increase my vertical and I just squat and hold it like I’m sitting on a chair and squeeze my glutes like a pinch a penny that’s what you’re supposed to do when squatting. And I just do this as a lifestyle throughout the day. Even when I'm at church which I did today.


My previous blogs are going to accelerate you forward and condition your mind especially this blog for inevitable success and you want to write on paper in the lines because success breeds success and all successes like, Tesla, Thomas Edison, Wright, etc have had journaling habits. Having a gratitude journal or another journaling practice is great! Success is about making the invisible visible and it’s a good habit to have especially in this day and age! It is a necessity because we consume more than we create and this is a good start for creating a life worth living. Some people do better doing YouTube videos of their life, and I always get chills and inspiration because, I know that the pain I have gone through I know that I’ve recorded myself doing crazy stuff, I know my past accomplishments, and this really helps me to move forward. Instead of focusing on the future, wanting to control it because this is where anxiety comes from. 98% of the things we think will happen don’t. Thoughts are different from beliefs and if you read my previous blogs you know that all behavior is belief driven. I instilled beliefs for my life today by doing a gratitude journal.

Grow Inspiration Today

Today I did my gratitude journal it was snazzy, it's always awesome! I do brainstorming as well when jounaling. I love training the creativity muscle, and I believe it has helped me do these blogs every day. It is a must to do it because we are bombarded with a ton of fluff, and at the end of the day you want good thoughts in your head, consistency, discipline etc is what matters with journaling. It matter's so much that it is a daily habit wherver, and whenever the circumstances may be I always adapt like sometimes I have to do my journaling while in a car yet I get it done!


Every single day journaling, is not a struggle to do that, it is not a struggle to work out for me because I've already simulated the hard stuff in my brain. Your struggles must match your strengths and I am a testament to this because I’ve been going through struggles, but I’ve been getting stronger mentally,emotionally, and physically. My four pillars that I focus on when journaling and stuff are love, wealth, love, and happiness. (all aspects of your life accomplish here.) When it comes to inspiration if you are inspired to do more. What needs to happen is your sheer shrewdness to start doing what it takes to get inspired, to do more if you aren’t making enough money, to start doing what it takes to make more money. If you aren't making the dough than you you simply aren’t spending enough time getting results making money. Fire and wire different actions!

Journal Novelty!

The same actions equal same results, so fire and wire new actions, and you can do this by going to this, "blog" and my other 🔥ones. Actions are verbs and verbs bring results, not thoughts.


Start living life in verbs always turn nouns into two verbs. Into the present moment! Now is where all the power is and will ever be. Aim towards doing more especially with a to comfortable day and age. You can't hit target you don't see though.


A.I.M in life! When doing a task take action, you always go through a struggle faze when doing something new. Your brain has a "little switching over to tasks." that can be unnatural, but after the struggle in the beginning. After you run the first lap your brain tends to remember things left unfinished and you will likely follow through! You want to get things done by using A.I.M or just the sheer goal of showing up to the gym, just momentum etc.


"Action" is firstly what you do. If you don’t want to go for a run in the day simply tell yourself you’re just gonna put on your shoes then tell yourself you’re just gonna walk down the steps, and you’re just gonna jog this certain distance, and you’ll end up having jogged the whole entire way. Inspiration is something that comes after action and you can look what you previously did and move forward in life knowing you just did a warm up that the majority of the world doesn't usually do. After just doing it!(A.)Comes, "inspiration" like from your previous accomplishments. After, "Action&Inspiration" comes motivation that is intrinsic and not extrinsic. You'll likely be motivated to do more! This is the A.I.M principle and using this principle you'll conquer everything you'll do! You need to train this and knowing and not doing is the same as not knowing-Dr. Suess

Action is Inspiration

Knowledge is only potential power until you act on it! Intention without action is impactless, so use today! There’s no learning thought remembering therefore how and when are you going to use today’s information? What is one thing you can use? It can be really small, but don’t fall short and have decision fatigue, indecisiveness, and pensiveness. Just start with one thing; have singular focus which is very important for success. And then move up from there; start finding the solutions, the inspiration, the actions, and after you take an action and actually have done something because too often in this world we don’t execute frickin execute!
