How to Get Your Workout!

Today learn how flips can be your workout though you got to get it! Go to know today have gocus. You don't have a flippers body you deserve and work for it!



Jumping off the wall a lot of time between both your legs. Symmetry is important for doing flips. doing a flip using your back climbing up something using your arms pushing off something using your chest and also using your abs this all happened with Parkour. Today learn why you must get to work out and not have that I have to mindset.


Knowing that all I have to do is run, do some awesome jumps maybe even put on some music, do parkour, do high intensity interval training is all I have to do to stay in the body of a superhuman is exhilarating! Exhilarating for the mind, and therefore body! Your brain fire and wires 30 times faster when doing high intensity interval training. "Me being a health nut that I am, I cherish this easy work.


I really do get to do parkour and have fun. I would rather do parkour progressions and working muscles that need to be then doing a stupid un-biological weightlifting session. Getting workouts in is not that hard when you know the small goals toward the big goal. Get your workout in at least four times week, or if you’re beginning three times a week!


Consistency is what matters and you showing up. Just showing up in the same environment your subconscious is latched onto that’s the biggest part of the success equation. Use parkour or you lose it and all your progressions. Losing progressions is what happened to me for a little while.


I strayed away from flips for a while and then I had to re-learn and develop the muscles to do them again. I presume presumptuously that, "Doing good and doing great are not mutually exclusive." Good is the enemy of great and convictions are the enemy of truth. Although when I started feeling like flipping again the truth was still in hindsight.


"I feel like flipping and then I go to flip and you don’t feel it." How you still feel like it though is by getting to feel it. Focus is not something you have it's something you do! How you feel it is through doing what it takes to feel it on a consistent basis! You change your nouns to your verbs! Changing wording therefore thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors is really not my message for the blog today. It is however that you get to live a prosperous life and recover from flips faster by having a sport in the meantime. You could take up bodybuilding, and growing your calfs as a sport!


Flipping, parkour, tricking and freerunning which are all in my previous blogs is not, "To do, be over and done with." But a lifestyle, of these hopefully not passions for you, but healthy hobbies!


I didn’t know you could rid inflammation from your body so readily that you feel like a million bucks, and your able to take on the world. I didn’t know that using a sauna than taking a cold shower would be so effective at stimulating the lymph system and getting you back out of your way. Whatever your going through start now with the pain and reap the benefits when your older. Just flow and stop worrying about the future when you havent done crap in the present thats simply all now execute!
