When cutting or going through a challenge who wants to be my heel click buddy? You can can only fall off track every one hour. Today learn how to be a, "heel click buddy." Therefore smashing the whole day because 95% of who you are is based on what you eat!

Where did the heel click buddy idea arise out of? Where it arose out of was my trained brain that I use to brainstorm, and focus on solutions with everyday. After the hump it's all easy down hill from their are bodies are very adaptable! I know that I can keep a healthy lifestyle longterm especially with a body that loves homeostasis. Diet in latin means way of life, and every species has a diet including a human. Humans really only need eggs, greenleafy vegetables, and superfruit like avocados to thrive on. I've done my research on these foods and you won't have deficiencies eating this stankin nice! "Their is a significant amount of freedom on the other side of the promise." Why I'm saying all this is to get across that we can become superhuman without spending so much time eating. We can just eat raw eggs, vegetable, and fruit to thrive, but most people are not tuned in with their instincts. Their metabolic machinery is comprised of carb burning, and it may be a little while until your metabolic machinery switches over to be a efficient fat burner instead of storer.
Back to that quote, "Their is a significant amount of freedom on the other side of the promise." Once you tune into your instincts, not by yourself but with others things start to happen that you've never experienced before, and in my journey of becoming fat adapted and only needing to eat the foods listed above two times a day I can say without a doubt that you will become superhuman. Being a lone wolf means you'll revert back to old habits to survive.
Their is a saying that your the average of the four people you surround yourself with the most. Or in my means your most influenced subconsciously by those you encounter repeatedly. Aristotle said, "We are what we repeatedly do." What I just said is a lot of reasons for why you need a heel click buddy. What this buddy is a a coach that keeps you on track every hour by contacting you, and when they do you must do heelclicks to get your heart rate up or something else like burpees. Having coherence with the heart is great for longevity. Heart rate variability or making use of your sympathetic, and parasympathetic system will make you live a long time. you make use of the sympathetic system by doing high intensity stuff and than the parasympathetic system by eating and deep breathing. Most o the time though people are in a parasympathetic state all day which is detrimental for longevity. Beating your friend by being more consistent while becoming healthy at the same time is a great win. Today contact someone who can coach you. And remember, "There's a significant amount of freedom on the other side of the promise."
