Tricking Moves?

Progressively get better by spamming tricking lines over and over again weekly. Today learn some simple tricking moves you can start doing today!
As I’m editing this I just got done overcoming a mental barrier which was flipping off a thin tree with my right leg. How I overcame the daunting, adrenline, tiredsome flip was when someone screamed at me, “what the f#@! Are you doing!” “What you resist persists, so me not doing the flip meant I was just furthering my ability to not do it until people motivated me.”
Tricking Moves
You can spam just a simple tricking move like a scoot to a b-kick 15 times then take a break and spam that line again. You can do this all within your house. You only need to start going to a gym once you get your tricking moves down which can take 2 months of at least 3-4 times weekly training sessions. Therefore don’t stop training because of external things like, “The weather.” Internally always know their is stuff to work on.
I recently because, “It’s been cold out.” Have been wearing multiple layers and after I take those toasty layers off I’m ready to flip. I feel lighter and it’s awesome. I get into flips easier this way.
if you’re just beginning all you really need to do is spam 20 round off‘s in a row like five times or more and that could be a training session and some backhand springs and basics after you’ve got a consistent routine down then you can search up other combos to do.
I left this blog and came back to it because I was moving and I’m finally in my new house right now. I am in a portable sauna while doing this and my little sister is telling me you’re fat. Because when you go into a portable sauna it looks like you have small arms and a big body with no neck.
My sister just screamed, “female pull-ups!” because she’s doing female pull-ups and it did not show on this blog, “I am voice typing right now!” because you have to be close to the microphone for it to convert into text Jairis! (my sister.) “Okay I’m settled back in.” I just had to go off on my sister, so now let’s get back into cool tricking stuff. The cool tricking stuff is cool because you really don’t need much mental, physical, emotional, effort etc.
You really only need to do cool foundations. Nobody does tricking in the first place to begin with so just know what you’re doing is cool and can be hard to other people and spamming a bunch of crazy tricks is awesome for your ego. Though it’s not always for the camera. The easy tricks can actually look really cool, so don’t try to become the worlds best. Aim to become better than yourself. “As soon as I said that a sweat stain just dripped down my armpit.” *I’m still in the sauna.* I also hope your still doing things when easy. Your still in the game getting your vitamin D everyday by flipping outside and loving the grind. Doing something everyday you love and are willing to sweat about!
