How to Overcome Failing, Fear of Heights, and Injury

Today learn how you can join better beliefs to exhibit better behaviors because all behavior is belief driven. Overcome fear therefore heights, clowns, injury, a kong gainer etc. "Where you do anything is where you do everything so once you read today's blog you'll be at least 30 if not 90% better at dealing with fear.



Overcoming is not something you have it's something you do. After stomping a new trick always do the rule of three, and land it three times minimum. And you have to stomp the flip or at least attempt it for the next couple of days so your brain (subconscious) is okay with it. You have to continually expose yourself to it.


Exposure therapy is how to overcome anything because where you do anything is where you do everything. Send life 100% when it comes to health, fitness, buisness, social, and quality of life. Put a dang smile on your face and crush the day! Get into flow! Get into ketosis! Get into D birdflips birdflock on YouTube! Once you go in you are able to go deeper and so much so that you don't have to think about coming out of the water. You can get all your flips or sessions in life into a state of flow where your just doing, where your five times more productive, where hours go by and you weren't aware of it! I don't know if your aware of my blog on flow but you can check it out, (👇) and start living life in a state of prosperousness fully present. (Get into this state while flipping and creativily flip.)


Right now as I'm writing this I'm exposing my body to be more fat adapted as I had two highly beneficial meals today and thats it. I only spiked insulin two times today and this means I should be using fat as my main source of energy. When writing it makes me not focus as heavily on the digestive juices in my stomach picking up all the left over food. Too often as a society we mistake these juices as hunger. We do have a feeling of hunger because the hormone grehlin, but when exposing your body to long periods without food grehlin isn't produced because insulin isn't being spiked 6 times a day from eating. That tangent, speel, rant whatever you want to call it is making me feel more present and focused on this not on food. Going into nature, deep breathing, typing, reading, visualizing, and meditating all help you be more mindful and living time not passing time. I'm really happy that I can focus on solutions and reap them instead of going into my kitchen, and confusing my body by eating. We were meant to have feasting times, and fasting times. We still are meant to live like are ancestors because from a neurobiological, and DNA stand point; at least seven generations back we still are them. Today I feel more alive because I've stomped the day with many great things and I'm not about to end it. I know how to not misweigh in life as heavily as I used to because I went through Tai Lopez's 67 steps. I've rewired my brain, and I will continue to visualize and go above the status quo every day.


Expose yourself to inevitable success like Tai Lopez's 67 steps to eventually be where you desire. Their is this thing that is in the 67 steps and it's called,"The knock on effect." This effect states that the things around you, influence, environment, and your own beliefs will eventually effect you. If you keep knocking especially at flips. If you keep surrounding yourself with successful people. If you keep making your environment less stressful like with plant's and essentail oils. Than you will have no choice but to be effected, transformed, changed, and challenged by these things. You can use exposure therapy to surpass limited subconscious beliefs. *my subconscious power for flips! blog* To create the life you want. Just start for a minimum everyday of 10 minutes visualizing for results! What your life would look in your love, wealth, happiness, and health life. Also the positive emotions that you will experience when achieve the event your visualizing. We all have the same homo-sapien brain so training this, than the body for flips will work. Today's information if you act upon it will work. You get what you focus on, now start visualizing, and filling your brain with flipping over the world!
